At Mile High Concierge we take care of your Home and provide
services that you may not have the time to deal with! These services
work very well for many of our Second Home owners as well. Clients
that travel frequently and need the security of their home while
away or for those that just need help with current Home Services we
are here to help.

For Our Clients That need help while away or Traveling:
Services include:
Walk through and general inspection
Ensure that doors and windows are locked
Check for leaks in bath and kitchen fixtures, hot water
heater, washing machine
Check refrigerator and freezer
Inspect interior and garage for signs of mice or other
infestations
Start your car (if requested)
Pick up newspapers, flyers, and windblown trash
Seasonal
Turn heat/ac on and off and check that they are
functioning properly
Change air filters (owner provided)
Monthly
Run dishwasher and washing machine through rinse cycles
Flush and clean toilets
Run hot and cold water through all faucets
E-mail owner with status report
As Needed
After a power interruption, check phone and appliances
and settings for heat/ac and spa. Reset if necessary.
After a major weather event, inspect for damage or
problems.
Accept small packages (Fed Ex, UPS) at our home and
deliver to your home.
After a visit
Reset thermostats on heat/ac, hot water heater, spa to
away settings
Be sure home is locked and secured
Take out and replace garbage cans on trash day
OTHER SERVICES
Available for an additional fee
Accepting deliveries (furniture, etc) at the owners
home
Assist in arranging for and monitoring services * such
as:
House cleaning
Spa maintenance
Window washing
Repairmen
Serve as a local contact for security
